updated Instructions for Patients Concerning Coronavirus/COVID-19
We are now asking all patients coming in for appointments to call ahead to confirm their appointment and complete a brief screening for virus symptoms over the phone. It is extremely important that all patients let our staff know if they are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, nausea, and/or headaches prior to coming to Circle Care Center. This is so that we can direct you to the best possible healthcare resources, immediately, if it is possible that you might need to be tested or treated for Coronavirus.
Circle Care Center will be closely monitoring guidance put forth by the Center for Disease Control and the Connecticut State Department of Public Health. Our response to the potential outbreak in our local community will continue to be fluid and evolve as further guidance is put forward. We ask that you please check our website regularly for updated guidance and/or call our front desk at 203-852-9525.
At this time, we encourage anyone exhibiting symptoms of Coronavirus to follow CDC guidance in self-quarantining until a full recovery is made, or if symptoms get worse (such as severe fever, coughing, shortness of breath, nausea, and/or headache) to dial 9-1-1 or go directly to the Emergency Room.
We wish you all the best possible health and strongly encourage everyone to take common-sense precautions such as:
- Social distancing and avoiding gatherings of 10 or more people
- Covering your cough or sneeze
- Staying home when you are sick
- Washing your hands thoroughly and frequently
